Director of Human Resources

The responsibilities of the position include:

• Recruiting new members to the Parkwood team in collaboration with other senior staff 
• Identifying and leading initiatives relating to employee engagement, professional development and retention
• Participating in the planning for employee benefits
• Supporting functional leaders in building their teams and achieving their goals
• Enhancing Parkwood’s performance review and compensation processes
• Assisting senior leadership in developing and implementing a succession planning process

Background and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with high academic and personal achievement
• Over 10 years of relevant experience including substantial management responsibility
• Demonstrated expertise in leading training and development programs
• An advanced degree in a field relevant to talent management is strongly preferred
