• Financial statement preparation

• Assist in month-end and year-end close process

• Compilation and analysis of management reports

• Budget to actual report preparation and analysis

• Expense reports review and analysis

• Review expenses for proper classification in general ledger

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Maintain and update fixed asset schedules

• Partnership and Investment Accounting

• General ledger maintenance and adjusting journal entries as needed

• Grant and operational payment processing

• Provide requested documentation and assistance to external auditor during the financial audit as audit liaison

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• 2-6 years experience in accounting, finance or audit

• Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred

• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Windows Operating Systems
