Prior to joining Parkwood, Jim spent eight years at General Electric in roles in Engineering, Six Sigma Circle Teams and Product Management. While at GE, Jim earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification and was selected to complete management development courses at Crotonville (now the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center) in upstate New York. The accelerated responsibilities Jim gained at GE along with the high level of training prepared Jim to make strong contributions to Parkwood in his leadership roles.
Jim earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) in 1997 and an MBA in Finance in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Jim and his wife, Amanda, reside in Concord, Ohio with their three children.
