Prior to joining Parkwood, Paula served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where she oversaw a broad portfolio of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, C-suite business line support, bank strategy, and employee engagement. Earlier in her career, she held the role of Vice President at PNC Bank, where she provided strategic business partnership to the Asset Management, Risk Management, Finance, Realty Services, and West Branch Networks teams throughout her tenure.

Paula holds dual degrees in Public Relations and Women’s Studies from Bowling Green State University and has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Executive Certification through The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paula and her husband, Brian, reside in Avon, Ohio with their two children.
